pc freezes during use with aces high

have no trouble with aces high if i am not using trackir
i have the trackir 4 model

Which version of the TrackIR software are you running?

Are you running any other applications in the background?

just trakir and aces high running, and the 29 processes win xp uses...using latest software ,4.1 build 28

In the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, is a list of profiles. Could you please tell me the size of each individual profile file?

i should add i play a few minutes and everything seems ok i can look around and all is well and then out of the blue when i am looking around is when it happens

Try a clean install of the TrackIR software, then reinstall with the build 29 version of the software.

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

ok did as you said....even though trakir was smooth before seems smoother and didn't freeze up AH2...so far everything is good...will let you know if it changes ....thanx for your help
