I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I am at work, but my screen has three green dots pretty much in an up and down row with the bottom one slightly to the left of the other two on top with no interference showing.

I've got the same thing too. Happens in the tracking window and in sims. I'm sure it has to do with some setting that needs change or adjustment. Just haven't had time to play with it yet. One thing I've noticed with this problem is that to turn your virtual head left or right you need to tilt your head (on a vertical axis) for it to work the way it did before (pre-clip).

TWallace -

Have you checked to make sure that TrackClip pro is selected in the profile editor?

Is there any other thoughts, since I have reinstalled and made sure the right device is checked? I will give it sometime, but otherwise I will have to return it. If it was just with FsX it would be one thing for fsX has sooo many bugs I would be willing to wait it out, but it happens with Fs9 which makes it not useable at all.

Thanks

FlyGirl - Can you send me a couple of screen shots of your tracking window?

1 - With you centered up on the screen

2 - With you trying to turn to the left

from looking at how it's supposed to mount.. it's no wonder why you are having trouble looking left.

your face blocks the Line of Sight whenever you turn your head in that direction.

i dunno, maybe im just a skeptic :P

That is why we recommend people, in the quick start guide, adjust the position of the TrackIR unit to the left side of their monitors. So that it doesn't fall out of the FOV of the TrackIR unit.

I ditched the prior installation, deleted the folder, unplugged unit, installed again and now it works great!

Well, I think I have it. I believe I did not have the unit over to the left as much as it should be, on top of the monitor. Anyway, I will keep playing with it, but I think that was it.

Thanks
