Can't get Trackir 4 to work with Trainz 2006

The manual for Trainz 2006 gives instructions for using Trackir with the program, but I believe it is with version 3 of the Trackir software. I have been unable to get it to work with version 4. If anyone has gotten this to work, please let me know.

There appears to be a typo in the manual for this game. It claims you must press "CNTRL-H" to activate TrackIR's view control. In fact, you must press "ALT-H".
