Game Support Files?

Post by Nixer6 »

Hi.... just got my TIR4 and Clip Pro.
Just getting used to it ATM. Needs some tweaking but It's working. I downloaded the latest game support files and need to know what to install and where?

I have no interent access on the computer I'm using TIR4 with, that's why I downloaded the files. I have it working in IL2 46 version and I would like to try it out in First Eagles: The Great Air War 1918. I noticed it wasn't listed in my downloaded software.

Thanks

It hasn't been added to the name list, but it uses the same listing as the other 3rd Wire products, i.e. It loads with the Strike Fighters:Project 1, Wings over Vietnam Profile.

Please unzip these 3 Game Support Update files to your software directory (usually C:/Program Files/NaturalPoint/TrackIR4/).
These files require 4.1.028 to be used. It is ok to overwrite the old files.

Thanks...I thought so but I didn't want to screw anything up.

Iam using 4.1.029, I have the clip. Same thing, right?

BTW, This is my first experience with TIR and I like it quite alot. Still lots of learning and tweakin, but I have it basically working good.

Been flying Sims since the Original MS Flight Simulator on a Mac 512k....we've come a LONG way.

Thanks again.
