Need 4.1.028 drivers for my TrackIR4

Hello, could you post the link for the .028 drivers? I'm having some issues with panning (w/ my virtual head) in the community modded version of Enemy Engaged (EECH). I was told to try the .028 as another SimHQ user had similar issues as me. When I pan my head in the game, I have very limited movement.

I poked around the download/drivers site but I could only find .029 and the latest beta (neither worked).
