TrakIR Destroyed By........Rats?!
Hey all - I'm new - I'll make a long story short. Yesterday TrakIR stops working. Multiple reboots, re-installs, replugs finally get it going. This morning nothing - I pull the camera/reviever out and discover the USB cable has been apperently CHEWED on! My question is can you pull the USB cable out of the device and replace, it or is it soldered in there permanently.

It is a fixed cable to the PCB. Please email me with the above infoirmation, as well as the serial number of the unit.........
