Foot Switch & Click Switch Not Working

I moved my smartNAV system to a new computer and downloaded/installed the newest version of TrackIR. Everything worked fine except for the NaturalPoint foot switch... so I unplugged it and plugged in a ClickSwitch, and that also doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks!

Your switch arrived in our office today and it was faulty. A new one is on the way.
