torn small black rubbers

hi (and sorry for my poor english...)
my wife's smartnav does not stand well in the required position because the 2 small black rings in both sides of the axis are torn and fell off, so the axis is free and all the device moves to the back.
can I order or get this pair of rubbers? any suggestions?

You can also buy #7 O-Rings to make it work.
