Which version of Vista are you running?

32-bit, or 64-bit?

Go to your Control Panel-> System (Classic View) or Control Panel->System and Maintenance->System.

It will be listed under the system properties, either as 32-bit Operating System, or 64-bit.

The latest version of the TrackIR software should be working fine, within the Vista OS.

What issues are you having?

1 - Are you using the on-screen keyboard built into Vista?

2 - Have you tried diabling the Admin Security pop-up screen? Currently the SmartNAV is not going to fynction with that security check screen, as the OS is then loading a different user profile in which the SmartNAV would not be currently running.

1 - Currently their seems to be an issue with the built-in keyboard not loading, when the SmartNAV software is already loaded. If you start the keyboard first, it seems to work ok....

2 - Have you tried another on-screen keyboard?
