can't use Trackir 3 pro on IL2 sturmovik pack....

Can somebody help me..?
I've been trying to use trackir on IL2 sturmovik but it won't work. I have trackir on, but when I execute the game, the lights go out and there is only a red light on. I have the latest update (just downloaded yesterday).
I close the game, try some other flight sim and it would work. Am i doing something wrong?.

Which version of the TrackIR software are you running?

Are you using a USB hub, or plugging directly into thje system?

Have you tried a clean install of the TrackIR software?

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,
