crash with SmartNav3 in unpowered USB hub
Windows crashes in npusb.sys if the SmartNav3 is plugged into an unpowered USB hub.
I understand that the SmartNav3 needs a powered USB hub, but it should not crash windows if it is inadvertently plugged into an unpowered hub.
I am using version SmartNav 3.2.8.0 on Windows 2000.

Re: crash with SmartNav3 in unpowered USB hub
Hello Eric,
The SmartNav software should not be causing the crash.
We are sorry you are having this issue and I will be in contact with you personally to discuss it further.
As you mentioned we do recommend using the SmartNAV on a powered hub, or for it to be plugged into the computer's usb port directly.
If you have any other questions please dont hesitate to post.
Cheers,
Kevin
