Cant push FSX to work with TrackIR4 on Vista x64

My FSX (Ultimate edition) and TrackIR doesnt work together on my Vista Home Premium edition x64 (no blue light when I open FSX). I tried both solutions from forum, deleting simconnect folder (this actually cannot be done on Vista x64 because system doesnt allow to delete this folder, I could only set full permissions to simconnect.dll file and delete it. Of course I tried to repair FSX after that...) and reinstalling TrackIR software.
When I had XP SP2, few months ago everything was fine. Now after I bought Vista x64 it doesnt work.
Any ideas?

1 - Which version of the TrackIR software are you running?

2 - Does the TrackIR software appear to be working otherwise?

3 - Have you tried it with other applications?

1. 4.1 build 30
2. TrackIR software itself looking good, gauges,heads,and tracking windows shows everything normal. But, I havent any other game installed with TrackIR support.
3. I'll install today FS2004, its only one game available for me which I could use to test TrackIR device.

EDIT: I installed FS2004 and guess what... everything working great. Of course except FSX :S

Tried a clean install of the TrackIR software?

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files(x86)\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

In the naturalPoint folder, what is the creation date for the simconnect.manifest file?

What is the creation date, and info for the file in the simconnect folder - x86_FlightSimulator.SimConnect_67c7c14424d61b5b_10.0.60905.0_x-ww_429211e9

Have you8 done a full uninstall, and reinstall of FSX?

simconnect.manifest - 2006.10.25
x86_microsoft.flightsimulator.simconnect_67c7c14424d61b5b_10.0.60905.0_none_dd92b94d8a196297 - 2007.05.06 but... theres no files inside... strange, last time was there simconnect.dll which i deleted manually. Of course after that i choose "repair" option in FSX.

well, if the sim connect file is not there, sim connect appliacations, such as the TrackIR will not work...

But last time (at last reinstall) it was on place... how could I now put it there again? Any other way beside full reinstalation of FSX?
And one more thing, name of my folder is little different than yours. Is it important or its just conected with fact that i have VIsta in different language?

If you have the deluxe version of FSX, there is a simconnect SDK, that reinstalls it.

What is the exact folder address?
