Can't Install Track Clip Pro

I had TrackIR4 installed and attempted to install TrackClip PRO by following the instructions detailed in the review in Mar/Apr07 issue ofPC Pilot.

I am unable to carry out the instruction "Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the location C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint". I get a message saying "A locked file C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\NPClient.dll was found while performing the needed file operations" and I was unable to proceed any further. Can you please explain how I can get over my problem?

Is the TrackIR software running at the time?
