Hi,
i've bought trackir4 pro with trackclip pro and i have a big problem.
I'm getting huge lagging in InGame view (and also in games) if my head (and trackclip) have distance between 18 and 28 inches from trackir device. But 18 to 28 inches is only way how i can adjust distance between trackir and my head...
If the distance is less then 18 inches or more then 28 inches, movements are pretty smooth.
I have only three green dots and checked trackclip pro checkbox.
Is there any help for me, please?

PS: If i'm using only Vectors with string steel clip, everything is OK.

What version of Windows are you running?
Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?
In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?
Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

1) Win XP SP2, AMD64 3000+, 2GB RAM, x1650xt 256MB
2) AVG Anti-virus/Firewall - But if i kill all running AVG programs in background (with prog EndItAll) i see no improvement.
3) Profiles:
Combat_Flight = 2kB
Default_Profile = 4kB
Flight = 4kB
Optimized_Flight = 4kB
Racing = 2kB
4) I have no other systems

Shouldn't be an issue why it is lagging when you are at a certain disatance from the TrackIR unit....
Have you tried disabling the periodic news check?
Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

because i made installation of the newest software from your web when i had bought all this hardware, i've tried install the software from CD now and voalla, everything is OK, no lagging anymore.
