I have a problem with FSX, there is a delay.

I have TrackIR3PRO+Vector Expansion and i love it!
My PC specifications is:
MSI K8N NEO2
AMD ATHLON 64 4000+ 939 E6
SAPPHIRE X1950 PRO 512MB
CORSAIR TWINX 2048 XMS3200 DDR400
HARD DISC WD 160 GIGA
TAGAN 480W U22
CMV 221D 22" WIDESCREEN
CH HOTAS FIGHTER STICK+PRO THROTTLE+PRO PEDALS

The problem is that in FSX with SP1 i have a 5-10 second response delay with my head movement, sometimes even the TrackIR "moves" on its own, and sometimes it works just fine, i notice that the problem happens when FSX is a bit "heavy" on the PC although i get good FPS (about 25).
I also use TrackIR with FS9, Lock-On FC, Test Drive Unlimited and there is no problem with TrackIR with these games, only with FSX.
I almost forgot, i run the latest software version 4.1.030 final B, and i uninstall the previous version completely and deleted NaturalPoint file before install the new version.
I don't think it's my power supply, i have TAGAN 480W U22 and i think it is strong enough, or maybe i'm wrong?!
I hope it can be repair because i love to fly in FSX with my TrackIR.
Thank you.

Do you have any firewall/anti-virus software installed?

In the tracking screen, do you have more than 3 green dots?

Do you have any add-on software installed for FSX?

Hi,
Thank you for your quick reply.
I have AVG anti-virus and windows XP SP2 firewall, but all this works also with FS9, Lock-On FC, Test Drive Unlimited with no problems.
In the tracking screen i have 3 green dots and one red in the middle, like it always was.
I did not add any other software but the SP1 that Microsoft released for FSX.
I hope you can help.
Thank you again.

Well you should not have a red dot.

Do you have the original TrackHat, with the built in reflector?

If so, try using a different hat, or cover the reflector with a piece of tape.

You should only have 3 green dots on the tracking screen, that is it......

Yes i have the original TrackHat with the built in reflector, and i did not know that i should have only 3 green dots, i use this hat with the Vector Expansion on it from the first day i got it and i had no problems with FS9 or Lock-On or any other game, i had no idea, thank you.
Now for FSX it change things but not completely, i still got the delay but only at the beginning, after 10 seconds it stops and the TrackIR works good, and when i raise the setting of the game higher the delay lasts around 30 seconds and it appears again when i switch the views, so i keep the "good" settings and now i can fly again
Thank you for your help.
