Why I can't roll my head sideway in FSX

hi guys,
I'm new to this so help me out if you can.

I was using TrackIR4 pro in FS2004 and I can roll my head to the side (not just left, right, up and down) but actually to the side.

However, when I'm using it with FSX (in virtual cockpit mode), I only can get move left, right, up and down only. why I can't roll sideway???

When I use Track IR, I got 6 lights in total, green at the top, 4 red lights in TrackIR and blue light at the bottom.

PS: I'm using the latest driver.

Are you getting the zoom abilty as well?

In the profiles page, what is the profile listed next to FSX?

zoom is working. everything is working but not rolling my head sideway.

I'm at work right now (in Australia), so I can't tell you the answer for the 2nd question, but I will confirm this when I go home tonight.

OK, while you are checking the profile in use, check to make sure that roll is enabled within that profile.

ok.. next the FSX profile is flight, I have fixed the roll function.
