BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

High guys,i bought the product and arrived yesterday,I installed it as the manual stated and then opened up the executable file on my desktop,it says is tracking and everything looks ok but all of a sudden i get this screen

and my computer shuts down completely.

if this is helpfull,my system is:

Videocard:NVIDIA GEFORCE 7600 512MB of ram

145.41 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space

I`ve used every single USB port on my computer.Back and Front.

If someone could come up with a solution it would be great.

Laptop or desktop system?

Do you have the latest motherboard bios installed?

Have you tried an external USB hub, that has it's own power supply?

its a desktop computer,I don`t think I have the latest bios installed and no I haven`t use an external USB with its own power supply.

This individual having problems with his system after updating BIOS. Hopefully he will be back up and running soon. New BIOS, I believe, is not identifying his PCI-E graphics card now. He's changed settings in BIOS to use PCI as default video but still a no-go.

Wrong BIOS installed by user. System did not bootup into Windows. New motherboard installed. Issue resolved.
