TrackIr 4 not responding anymore Status : Configur

Hello,

Few hours ago I sent a message to the support team with precise description of my problem but since then things have evolved so I decided to post the rest in forums.

First hnig first just a little callback of my issue.

24h ago my unit stopeed responding during IL-2 game. I exited and I opened headtracking window but there was no response either.

I rebooted reinstalled the software and the driver and plugged in the unit in the USB port.

Computer detected the unit but there was no response from the unit. I had no luck with trying the unit on other USB ports and on other computer.

Then I noticed that there was no more blue light blinking.

I checked my USB root configuration for power saving but there was no power saving enabled. I was swaping again my USB ports and all of sudden the blue blinking light was back.

But there is still no response from my unit on head inputs.
When I launch TrackIr software in the lower left corner I can see Status : Configuring and the blue light is performing like flash for few seconds and the it stops. Normaly I should have green LED on when I start the software but no.

Do you have any clue on how to bring back online my tracking unit ?

P.S.

I bought it on May 2007, I'm using Windows Vista and all my drivers are up to date. TrackIr is recognized by Windows in device menager.
Now when I stop the software the blue blinking light is back all the time.

I received your email with instruction but it had no effect. What I noticed is that when I launched registry fix I had popup window saying me that no device need fix.

What's next plz ?

I have a similar issue and since it seems to be a registry problem, I am wondering if a registry cleaner I used caused it. Is there anyway for me to get this fix?
