Hi, I got 4 C120 cameras in July and I'm working fine with all of them, but one. The problem is that one of the cameras is detected not as an Optitrack C120 camera, but as another wrongly USB device. It happens almost all the times I restart the computer. Unplugin and plugin again the camera solves this issue, but for the final camera configuration that is not permissible for me. It happens when the all the cameras are directly connected to the computer via USB, or when they are connected through the DLink USB Hub. On the second case, disconnecting and reconnecting the USB Hub cable works sometimes, but it is preferable (and always works) to unplug and replug just the failing camera cable.
I've tried this in 2 computers and result was same: that camera fails on detection. Note that once detected it works fine.
Have you noticed this issue before? Is my camera broken? If so, please point me about how can I get the camera changed or repaired. Thanks!
