dwell clicker problems

Recently I bought a SmartNav 3 AT.

In the box there is a software cd with Nav 3 Install and Click �N type and Dwell clicker.

The problem is :

After I installed the software and connected the Nav , I launch the SmartNav icon on my desktop.( It all works)

Now you will see a tracking / setting screen.

Then I open Click �N type.( that also Works)

But when I open Dwell Clicker this message will appear in my window "

"The Dwell clicker is not supported with this version of the hardware"

My question is :
How is it possible that I get this message?

And how can I get it all to work?

My system requirements are all up to date and suited for this device.

My OS is Windows XP SP2.

The serial number of the Nav is:37502

I tried it on another machine but the same message accurse.

The model of SmartNAV you received was not an AT model. It was a SmartNAV standard which does not have the dwell clicking feature enabled.
