Speech engine problem

I read the other post re. build 28, but can't find out if I have build 28 installed or not.

I'm running WinXP Home Edition SP2 and have the speech engine MS English ASR Version 5 installed and running.

Tried restarting to no avail.

Do I need your version?

In our software in the upper left corner, if you click and then click on about us, it will give you your version.

When did you get your voice software CD from us? If we need to send you another CD we will be more then happy to.

It would also be important to note that the Microsoft engine is NOT what we are using.

Our Voice Clicking feature uses the Scansoft engine which is provided with the Voice Clicking CD.
