TrackIR 4 - not registering after latest windows update

I have had 2 versions of TrackIR (TrackIR Pro and TrackIR4). I have never came across the issue at hand before. I started my PC as usual and TrackIR started but a pop-up asked me to register the product.

Well I don't have the box anymore and the website needs more into that the serial number - can anyone send me the files I need.

What is trying to register?

What type of info is it asking for?

What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

So the life span of this equipment is 2 years?

No, we have hardware that is currently being used by customers that is over 5 years old.......
