Hello, J wanted to install my ir track after having to add a HUB USB, and not possible Windows recognized it, J put the NPREgfix files and its A to go, but once only and since I click on L icon and nothing this master key, and when I reboot the PC message D error by saying to me that I owe arreter manuelement the programe ir TRack??, will J add that J have X 52 on another port, confi dual cor 2.13, 2go RAM, graphic 8800gtx, can you m help??? thank you

do J have to notice a thing if I quit to trackir it before quiter lockon, there is no problem but if I quit before lockon and after the track its marks me message D error?

Are you trying to use a hub?

Does it have it's own power supply?
