It's been several weeks I purchased my SmartNav unit and it was working fine. Suddenly the camera Green LED does not remain on when I turn on the unit. The red sensors in the camera turn on and Green LED turns on for a second after the software is started, but it does not see the reflective patch and does not control the cursor. There is no issue with software setup or hardware and I have already checked all against FAQs on the main NaturalPoint site.

Hi RAH,
Do you have a second computer you could try the unit on?
Does it make a difference if you unplug and plug back in the unit?
If neither of these steps help then please email me kevin@naturalpoint.com with your serial # and I will get you an RMA # and send you out a new unit.
