A serious problem

what can i do with my second tracir 4 6DOF if:

- Cannot be detected as a hardware machine, tried all usb slots + another PC

- No lights in machine while plugged



Got WinXP SP2+ 4.1 soft verison.



What should i do?
get some different .dll things or something like this or play with registr. ? Update WIN?
