Reverse movement

Hey Folks, got a buddy who has gotten his track IR 3pro with vector expansion installed and the problem is when he moves his head up, the view moves down(opposite) same with right and left head movement. Everything is opposite from the way he moves his head. I'm thinking it's something simple but we can't find any "invert" settings in the TIR software. Any ideas Anyone? He has installed the latest software, 4.1.30 with vector expansion enabled , running on XP Pro SP2.

Well, I would look at a few things.....

1 - In the TrackIR software -View -> Tracking -> Settings, there should be a setting here for 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees of rotation/placemnet.

2 - In the individual profiles (default, flight, racing, etc.), there is an invert option for each axis.

3 - View -> Tracking, 3 green dots, no red?

4 - Are they using the metal clip, attached to a hat?
