I've sent an email to your site buy haven't received a response. After only two weeks of having TIR4pro it has failed and will not power up.
I've installed the software on another machine with same results; and confirmed it's not a USB issue with my local machine. Apparently I seem to have got one that is sensitive to heat, or whatever the known problem is.
Please email me with the correct shipping address so I can send this thing back.
