Error Exporting to BVH or C3D

I would like to export my data so that I can use it with another program, but when I try to export to either BVH or C3D format, I get the following error:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in Arena.exe [2808].

This happens every time I try to export anything. I have just started to experiment with Arena, so maybe I am just not doing something right, but I would like to know if anyone else has an idea what is causing this error. Thanks.

What type of system are you using?

What version of Windows?

What other applications do you have running in the background?
