ARENA loading error message.

Here is the message I get after trying to open Arena.

'Failed to create empty document'

This message happens on our new machines after install(and reinstalling) the arena software. The computer information is the same as before which was posted last week.

So, Windows XP 64-bit - SP1????

SP1 should not be an issue. Other work stations which have SP1 have Arena working fine.

Do you get this error when you are starting Arena or opening .mcp file?

I found a couple of links that might relate to this, I don't know if any of them are related but they are worth a try.

Has the computer this occurs on recently been upgraded to IE7?
Can you try starting the computer in the safe-VGA mode?
Has the computer had a virus scan recently?
