TrackIR4 Pro and FS9

Hi Guys,

I have been using TrackIR4 for a couple of years with FS9 and FSX. Recently my motherboard blew and took the TrackIR with it, so I just purchased another unit - TrackIR4 Pro.

It works well with FSX but FS9 is very "jumpy". In stead of constant smooth movements it jumps from time to time.

I've played with the smoothing options without any success.

Any thoughts would be great, as at present FS9 is my flagship FSim environment and I'm lost without TrackIR during flights.

At additional info, I have the latest drivers, i.e., 4.1.030. I'm using WinXP SP2 with a P4 3.8ghz 4gb RAM, 500gig HDisk and NVidia 256meg RAM.

Looking at the tracking screen, what do you see here?
