Vector clip problem

The right side of my vector clip does not work properly because in the view tracking screen it disapeers when I look down. This does not happen on the left side nearly as much. In Arma this causes my screen to shake around. My track clip pro works much better than the vector clip. Can you replace this because its not functioning properly or do I have to buy another?

Have you tried cleaning the clip itself, with some warm soapy water?

How do you have the camera mounted?

When using the vector clip, do you move the camera back to the center of your monitor, or leave it on the left side of the screen?

In your normal sitting position, is the 3 gree, in the middle of the tracking screen?
