TrackIR doesn't see that FA-18 is Running

Well i have the fully updated version of both FA/18 and TrackIr. I have the TrackIR 4 pro. And i have selected enable trackir from the game editor. Yet when i activate the TrackIR, reset the "heads", then i start the game but I never get the Blue light, so no support. Trackir does work with FS9, no problem. Also no problems with Jump to Lightspeed. Not sure why this won't work. Any help would be great.

What version of Windows?

Sorry, i'm running Vista Premium and the latest driver from TrackIR not sure the number but i tried to do the auto update and it said i have the current drivers. I have checked out that web site, and i do have the latest patch, and have checked the box for trackir in the editor. So not sure what else to do. Any help would be great.

Have you tried running any other TrackIR enhanced games?

Yup, Flight sim 9, jump to lightspeed, wings over vietnam, and pacific fighters all work.

So the TrackIR software is up and working fine, just something within Janes is not......

Tried a clean install of the gaming application?
