SDK dll distribution

Can the optitrack modules be distributed with other software that has optitrack support so that the end user doesn't have to install the sdk?
I can't find anything in the EULA that explicitly permits this but it doesn't seem unreasonable.

We request that the OptiTrack SDK libraries and drivers be delivered using installers we provide and do not get repackaged. This helps ensure that everything is installed properly and also gives the user has a chance to view the license which accompanies them. Most installer engines have the ability to invoke another installer (such as the OptiTrack SDK one) during the installation process.
