Hi, I have been using my TrackIR Pro for about 6 months now and have noticed that it does no "track" as well as it used to at "normal" distance.
I find myself having to sit closer and closer to the screen. I usually play in a dark room about 40-60cm from the screen, but now have to sit really close or the system simply does not track or tracks erratically.
Any ideas as to what could be causing the problem?

Re: Distance and tracking problem.
I must have been intoxicated when I wrote that: I have been using track IR for 6 months with no problems. Worked smoothly at about 50cm-60cm.
No suddenly I have to move my monitor closer, less than 15cm at time. I usually play at night in a darkish room with no back lighting. The green dots show up clearly on the camera screen. If I sit at a notmal distance the movement becomes erratic.
I found sitting closer to the camera solves the problem, but it is very uncomfortable. I noticed the status area reads no track intermittently.
Why would distance suddenly now become a problem?

Re: Distance and tracking problem.
So you are using the TrackClip Pro?
When you are sitting back, in your normal position, what do you see on the Tracking screen? (TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking)

Re: Distance and tracking problem.
Hi, Vincent, since the post I reinstalled the software and the problem seems resolved.
Thank you.
