FSX CTD: Out of memory

System: winxp sp2
phy mem: 4GB
hd: 500GB
disp: 8800gt 512MB
FSX with SP1

problem: FSX will Crash to Desktop every time after I flied couple
of minutes, with a dialog poped up telling the reason is out of memory.

However, if I fly with no TRACKIR, the CTD will not occur no matter how long I fly.

please advice

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the TrackIR software installed, 4.1.034
