Cursor judders around the screen

Hello, while using the smart nav every now and then the cursor will jump to the right-hand side of the screen and stay there even if I move my head with the dot placed on my forehead? Also sometimes the cursor will uncontrollably judder around the screen? Sometimes it does is row while. Could someone please tell me why it does this and how it can be corrected?

If you look at the tracking screen, what do you see here?

What version of Windows are you using?

What version of the SmartNAV software?
