how long is the Licence valid on software?

Hi,

Quick question that I could not find already answered on the board (nor on the FAQ!)

If (when!) I purchase an OptiTrack package, how long will the license be valid, in regards to the ARENA Motion Capture software?

I'm assuming it's about 1 year.

How much to upgrade? In general?

I want to get an idea for the ongoing cost of owning the system, as I put together a sport performance analysis business model.

Yes, it is one year, from the time that you activate it for the first time. It is $499 for continued support and access to new software releases.

Purchase of Arena includes a 1 year initial license during which time you will have access to new versions of the software. Each license update that is purchased adds 1 additional year. The version of the software for which the license was originally valid will continue to work after the intial 1 year period expires.
How much to upgrade? In general?
An additional year of maintenance for Arena is currently $499

Thanks! I'm aware of the FAQ...however the length of the initial support and the price of continued support were not detailed in said FAQ.
