track IR, FS9 and framerate

I THINK I'VE FOUND THE KEY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!
It seems you're right, Vince!!!!!

I going to poest here what I did to increase frames, for those who use Kaspersky Internet Suite 6.0:

- open Kasperky dialog popup
- Click on "Settings" in the high right corner of that popup
- Expand "Protection" key
- Click on ProActive Defense
- You see "Application's activity Analisys"?? Ok... click on "settings" button that you see beside it
- MAKE SURE THAT THIRD VOICE (Process intrusion - Invaders) IS UNCHECKED!!!! You'll immediately see frames increase from 8 to 23!!!!!!!

I have obviously an italian version of Kaspersky and i Translated it to English, so you should find slight different from mine! I think it wouldn't be so different from italian version!
I hope this will help those whe have the same problem that I had (even if i still have to check it completely!!... dut it really seems to work good now!!)
