new user needs help please..urgent

OK so ive just installed the recent software release, and im having a few issues, firstly when im in game (FSX) i cant get the tracker to look down towards the dails also the tracker is only 80% working when i set it to 180 degree's

can anyone offer any usefull hints/tips for me please

Could you explain a little bit more?

What version of Windows are you running?

Are you using the TrackClip Pro(left side of headset) or the TrackClip(metal clip on hat)?

Do you have TrackClip Pro, or vector selected in the profiles(default, flighht, etc.)?

Is the camera mounted upsidedown?
