New TrackIR Pro User-Head movements all backwards!!

Please help. I just got this thing and I can't make it work right in FSX. I read the manual, looked in these forums, and can't find my answer. When I run FSX it only works right when I in the PROFILE EDIT MENU. As soon as I exit the menu, ALL head movements are screwed up! I'm about ready to return this! Please help. I installed latest software, version .34.

Win XP 64bit w/SP2, FSX w/Acceleration, Flight Env. X, Ultimate Terrain X, Ground Env. X, FSGenesis mesh.

Update: I think I figured it out. I had to rename the edited Flight Simulator X profile to something else before it would save the proper settings. Now it works like I hoped it would.

Did you tick the Trackclip Pro box while in the editor?

Thanks for checking in. Yeah, I just didn't save the profile right-I tried to overwrite the default FSX and it wouldn't save that way. Seems to work really good now. Takes some getting used to.
