Hello,
I have a setup of 8 C120 cameras, and suddenly one of them stop
working. When starting the computer it displays the message HI on the display. Later, on the calibration tool, the display turns to be the enumerated camera, but the camera doesn't get the leds working anymore (and is not seeing anything).
Is that 'HI' a code error? What can be the reason of this sudden behaviour (friday the system was working fine, as usual, but monday couldn't use it?

Have you tried moving the camera around?

Yes, when "HI" is displayed on the numeric LED it means there is a problem with the firmware in the camera.
Please contact our technical support through email (support@naturalpoint.com), include the serial number of the camera and a reference to this forum thread.

Yes, I tried the camera on several places and several computers, but always same problem. I'll contact the technical support.
