TrackIR Software shows TrackIR Basic for TrackIR 4:Pro

Situation:
I have ordered a TrackIR bundle containing:
TrackIR 4:Pro + Hat-Clip (Vector-Clip?) + Headset-Clip (TrackClip Pro?) from "trackir.de" (German distributor of TrackIR; I think the product names of the Hat-Clip and the Headset Clip seem to differ in Germany, so i will refer to them as Hat- and Headset Clip.)

I installed the TrackIR System according the manual and later updated the TrackIR Software with the file "TrackIR_4.1.034.Final.exe". I havn't tried any TrackIR Enhanced games yet, but mouse-emulation works well. This means the Clip for the Hat as well as the Clip for the Headset are being recognized by the TrackIR 4: Pro Sensor. Also the "Gauges" status window inside the TrackIR Software shows that 2-DOF and 6-DOF tracking are working. So everything seems fine, but please read on.

Problem:
In the main tab of the TrackIR Software (i tried Build 30 and Build 34) "device info" shows "TrackIR Basic: 81006", though i have a TrackIR 4:Pro sensors. (even the IC on the transparent backside of the sensor has a printed "TRACKIR 4:Pro" label). Also the manual shows a screenshot where "device info" reads: "TrackIR Pro "

I already contacted their support, but I want to hear a second opinion for this issue. I hope someone has a clue

The new firmware lists it as a basic - nothing more to it.
