Arena can't find license file

i uninstall old Arena version, install the new 1.3.035 version.
paste my license file into license folder and nothing!
Arena can't find the license file.

i tried it both when camera was connected and disconnected.

what should i do?

Did you try running the license tool again, and getting a new license file? There was a change in the file structure of the license file, several versions ago.

no... but how should i know that??
any way,the old version was the one that released before 1.3.0035 (i don't remember the number)
the license file rrun just fine with that version.

if i run license tool again, should i use the same camera number?
(or the same email etc...)

Yes the camera serial number needs to be the same, but the email, first and last name can be different.

by the way,
in the old license file name i have 5 digit number (and a date).
is this the serial number that i used to create that license file?

i can't recall which camera i used... how can i found the right number?

ok... it look like it's the right number, i got the new license file.
but it's not working.... still getting: "unlicensed: license no found"
just in case i also tried to actived in your web site (got file in mail)

And the licensed camera is plugged into the system, and showing up in the Device manager?

for now i don't have the camera with me.
but at previous version the software gave only camera error when it was disconnected... not license error so i assumed it's the same with the new software...

my associate already tried the new version with the camera connected (and the old license file) and faild to run it.

so now i'm trying to resolve this before i will go to our studio again becuase i don't have internet over there and i can't waste
another day...

The software requires both the updated license which you just downloaded/installed, and the camera plugged in before it will run properly. Otherwise it sees the license as being invalid if the camera is not detected by the application.
