So I got my smartnav on Monday. It broke on Wednesday. the sensor piece broke off the piece that connects it to the monitor. I was pretty careful with it. I tried for a while and was unable to reconnect the two pieces and it looks like the glue kinda stuff holding the pieces together broke.
I suspect I got a defective one. But in any case it was not really working out how I wanted it to so I would like to know how I can return it.
