When I load up IL-2 1946 the TrackIR sensor light does not turn blue (i.e. it isn't recognizing a TrackIR enhanced game), but it is clearly supported because many other people use it and I have seen other people post about this issue and get it resolved. None of their solutions have worked for me however. Is there any way to get the software to recognize when a certain game is running?
For reference I'm running the most recent TrackIR version (4.1.035) on Windows XP.
TrackIR 4 Pro will not recognize IL-2 1946
Re: TrackIR 4 Pro will not recognize IL-2 1946
OK
So you start the TRackIR software, then loaf IL2, and no blue LED?
Are you running any mods for IL2?
Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,
