SLIM:V100 Sample Apps Crash

Hi.

I just brought a Slim:V100 and I can't start the camera or get any data from the camera without a unhandled exception crash.

I've installed drivers OK, hardware visible as NaturalPoint OptiTrack V100 in device manager.

Model 0x100800AB
Revision 0x200800C7

The Multi_Camera_CSharp_.NET_3.0 sample app will open up, see the camera, give me details about the camera such as serial, frame rate, etc, but when I click Start Camera button it throws an error. The following error happens on 3 different computers, 1x64-bit XP(does't even open app in this OS) and 2x32-bit XP. All computers have dotnet 1, 2, 3, 3.5 . None had VS2008 installed when first tested and crashes. Now installed VS2008 on 64-bit and one of the 32-bit. Still crashes. All samples compile in VS2008 C# but crash upon running.

I've also installed the DirectShow drivers on all machines and this either throws exceptions or crashes various software that allows me to view DirectShow Captures.


Please help as I am desparate to get this kit going for a project at the end of next week.

I've also just tested my camera on a vista 32-bit machine. Installed the SDK, camera detected and installed. MultiCamera CSharp app opens up and see the camera with all its details, click start cam and it crashes.

SingleCamera sample just crashes.

Is there something i'm missing?

Hi,

I have just bought a Foundation Pack and I�m trying to prove first some of the sample apps.

I have had exactly equal problems like mentioned before by hodgod with the multi and single camera apps (I have installed last SDK, .NET Frameworks and registered Optitrack DirectShow Filter), only that in my case threats itself about Flex V100 cameras.
