If the Camera crashed wich is the Licensecam

Hey NP Team,

I#m working since three days with your cameras, and I have now the following Prob.
The Camera, wich is bound by the the License is not working and there is right now, no way to start the Arena Software :(

What 2 do.

Please...

Please contact support@naturalpoint.com and we will see what we can do for you.

When you send the email, be sure to include as much information as possible about why and how the licensed camera is not working. This will allow us to help you as quickly as possible.
