Quick video export of model in Arena?

It would be great if there were a way to export a quick and dirty .avi out of Arena.

Lots of times I don't want to have to pull everything into MotionBuilder, set up an actor, assign parts, etc etc.

(Plus, on the occasion where I don't want to start a capture in a T-pose, it would be nice if I could circumvent MB totally)

I'd like to know how you folks created the example clips of the guy boxing.

We use Camtasia for making most of our tutorial and basic screen capture videos. On large displays it works best if its only capturing a smaller region instead of the entire screen. Techsmith should have a demo available, so you can try it before buying.
