Export prblem with 38 marker Skel Setup

Hello,

i�m pretty new here and i have a problem. I made a 38 marker setup recorded some nice data,
trajectorized it and exported it as a *.bvh for my Max 2008.
I change to 3Ds Max and created a biped and assigned it my 38 marker *.bvh....
But it doesn�t split my max biped feet into two parts....
it�s not flexibel just always stays stiff...
anyone any idea? :confused:

I've never used the 38 marker skeleton, so I don't know if this will work or not, but when you created the biped, did you also create toes for it? I would imagine that one toe is enough.
