SmartNav drawing tools?

I'm a quadriplegic and I love the SmartNav. I want to use SmartNav with programs like Photoshop or illustrator. However, the dwell click feature doesn't really work well for drawing where precise click control is needed. What I really want though is functionality similar to the wacom tablet where varying amounts of pressure can control things like brush size or lightness/darkness. If I had something I could bite down on to control that pressure while using the SmartNav tracker, that would be ideal. That would be so natural I could actually draw again!!
